Nuqta - Refund & Replacement Policy

Some of our vintage and pre-owned items may carry natural time-worn characteristics that reflect their age and history. These features are part of the product’s authenticity and craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Where possible, such characteristics are shown or mentioned in the product listing.

At Nuqta, we do not offer refunds or returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with design, colour, size, or finish once an order has been placed and delivered.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements (Damaged Items Only)

Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to cases where the item is received damaged.

To be eligible:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • A clear unedited unboxing video must be shared
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided

These must be sent to our WhatsApp number or emailed to info@nuqta.com along with your order number.

Claims without a proper unboxing video and photographs will not be accepted.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, subject to availability or
  • A refund if a replacement is not possible

Colour & Material Variations Disclaimer

Please note that there may be slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern between the product images displayed on our website and the item received. These variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting and photography conditions
  • Screen resolution and display settings
  • Natural characteristics of materials, especially stone and marble products

Such variations are natural and expected and do not qualify as damage, defect, or grounds for refund or replacement.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, or finish
  • Natural imperfections in stone, marble, or handmade items
  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Missing or incomplete unboxing video and photos
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling

Inspection & Resolution

All damage claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Nuqta team. Once approved, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 14–28 working days, depending on bank processing times.

Nuqta reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement claims.
