Refund Policy

Some of the vintage/pre-owned items may have time-worn characteristics which reflect the items’ age and are to be expected. These are typically shown or noted in the item listing where possible. However, these do not detract from the items’ design and production and are a testament to their longevity and craftsmanship.
We hope you love your latest find(s) from Nuqta. However, if you change your mind about any of the items from your order upon receipt, please notify us of your wish to return any item(s) within 7 days from the day of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed from the date you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used nor damaged (unless this occurred during transit – please see the ‘Damages and Issues’ section below) and, where still possible, carefully re-packaged using the same protective packaging material that the item(s) arrived in.

Return Request and Process

To start a return, please send an email to info@nuqta.com to inform us of the return request, along with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide instructions on how and where to return your order. Please note that an item return collection service can be arranged on your behalf which, if used, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded and will have to be returned back to the customer; therefore, please make sure to get in touch prior to returning any items.
The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost and ensuring that the item is packaged appropriately using the original packaging method and materials where possible (assuming the original packaging remains intact to ensure the safe return of the order). Please be aware that until we receive the returned item(s) in its sold condition, its safe return is the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not liable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the item(s). For these reasons, the item(s) must be returned using a trackable service and include the appropriate delivery insurance amount where possible as Nuqta is unable to accept liability for any returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that order parcels which are refused by the recipient at the point of delivery by couriers on more than two delivery attempts without a valid reason (such as in the rare event that goods were damaged during transit or where advised to do so by the sender) will not be refunded, particularly in the event where the refused/returned order parcel/item(s) are not received back to the online store.

Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of receipt. Once approved and processed, you will be refunded (minus the original delivery fee) via the original payment method within 14-28 days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should the item be returned in a damaged condition due to inappropriate protective packaging, a fee will have to be deducted from the total amount due to be refunded, and only a partial refund will be provided. Therefore, please ensure that items to be returned are carefully packaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Please note that in the event an item is received damaged during transit, you will be issued a refund for the damaged item(s) and delivery fee.
