Delivery Information

Pakistan

All orders are dispatched via a trackable courier service, and you will be notified once your order is on its way. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery timescales are between 6 – 7 business days, depending on the destination within Pakistan.

Larger Items

For orders containing larger items, a custom delivery quote may be required. In such cases, you will receive a follow-up email providing the custom delivery quote upon checking out. You may confirm the order by completing the invoice payment or cancel the order if you no longer wish to proceed.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item(s) and the damage while still inside the packaging box. Get in touch via email at info@nuqta.com within 24 hours to arrange a collection and refund once the returned parcel is received.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within Pakistan.
